Was a good house for our family midweek. Nice and spacious, enough rooms and a spacious private garden where we could play football and games. Unfortunately, the previous visitors had found it necessary to set the thermostat to max, so it was too warm in the beginning, but there was little the landlord could do about that. There were some things in the house that required maintenance and aroused annoyance. You couldn't stop smelling sewage in one of the bathrooms. That is really a point of attention to remedy. Furthermore, we look back on a good stay in a nice environment. Excellent base for trips to Eindhoven, for example, or a walk in the De Malpie nature reserve.
Spacious house in a quiet location. However, the house stank of sewage air on arrival. The house was not really clean, but just acceptable. The interior of the house is quite worn out. Wobbly chairs and tables, broken lampshade. The photos are therefore very dated and not up to date. Garden is spacious and the patio is nice to sit. The beds are saggy and slats are broken in some. So to be replaced. Overall just a sufficient.

Great house for a large group. Nicely secluded where you can not bother many people. The sanitary facilities and the kitchen are very neat. There is plenty to do in the area to have a nice weekend with friends.
We stayed a weekend in this house with 6 couples (friends). From the outside it looks a bit sheltered, but inside everything looked fine. Very spacious and sufficient rooms. The garden with roof is also ideal for BBQing on an late summer day with a cozy campfire. In short, all the ingredients for a great weekend with friends.
We were with a group of friends of 14 people, we had a lot of fun together. In the area there is a lot to think of what you can do, Valkenswaard is close to Eindhoven so that is also great. We were in the middle of the mosquito season, but the homeowner had already warned us about that. Furthermore, the house was clean, here and there a number of damaged objects, but that was not disturbing. And in the evening sat by a campfire, highly recommended.
