Our cosy, light-flooded attic flat is located in a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Bright and friendly furnished, you can also relax here. The balcony, with a view of the meadows and fields, invites you to enjoy long evenings in summer. The nearby Baltic Sea is only 3 km away, and the entrance to the Flensburg Fjord is only about 5 km away. Private roof terrace The shortest route to the Baltic Sea is via Steinbgerghaff and takes you 3 km to Geltinger Bucht. If you drive in the direction of Habernis, you will reach the entrance to the Flensburg Fjord after 5 km. If you follow the federal road 199 westwards, you will reach the border and fjord town of Flensburg after 26 km. With its approx. 85,000 inhabitants, it offers all kinds of tourist attractions, from a large shopping street to a swimming pool and museums. Following the B190 south-west, you pass the climatic health resort of Gelting (approx. 10 km) with the adjacent Geltinger Birk nature reserve and after a further approx. 13 km you are in Kappeln on the Schlei. Kappeln is a classic small town located directly on the Schlei, with a small pedestrianised area and a few sights. Neighbouring Kappeln is Arnis, Germany's smallest town with around 300 inhabitants, and Maasholm, a small fishing village. We can warmly recommend both places for a stroll, while the neighbouring town of Steinbergkirche (approx. 2 km) has everything you need for everyday errands, from the post office and pharmacy to Aldi/Edeka. The floor in the attic and the stairs are unfortunately very sensitive, so please take off your shoes downstairs in the hallway.
