Nicely furnished and spacious studio

On the ground floor, on the garden side, this detached chalet houses two spacious apartments. Upon entering, you immediately notice the large living space. Officially, this is a studio, but it's very nicely done. The lower separate sleeping area is separated from the living area and accessible via two steps.
There is more than enough space left for the living area with a double sofa bed. The large window allows the terrace to be included in the living room
In combination with the neighbouring apartment, it is also possible to book for six to eight people. The two holiday homes are connected inside by means of a hallway, which is closed when the two apartments are rented separately.
The house is on a very quiet street, just outside the village. Peace and quiet all around you, and from the house you can step straight into nature. The cross-country ski trail starts around the corner and takes you along the winter hiking trail. Of course, in summer this is also highly recommended for a quick, beautiful walk.

Hinterhal is in the middle of the medium-sized ski area, Hochkönig. From 1000 metres above sea level, you step straight into the lift from the village. It's in a good central location with all restaurants in Hinterthal within walking distance. The village has a playground for children with an artificial turf football pitch. Because of its location, high in the mountains, you are in beautiful nature with many hiking and climbing trails within a few minutes .

The Hochkönig ski area is part of the immense ski region Ski Amadé with 760 kilometres of slopes! Ski like a king over the white and beautifully groomed slopes here. You will find numerous mountain huts serving delicious regional and international cuisine!
In summer, this area is a true hiking paradise. Some 340 kilometres of hiking trails lie right at your feet. Take a refreshing dip in one of the crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the Austrian sunshine

The accommodation was very quiet and there were lovely walking routes all around, which meant we could leave our car behind. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to switch off very well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The Biberg summer toboggan run and the JO Adventure minigolf are highly recommended. We would love to come back.

We had a lovely holiday in Hinterthal. Hinterthal is a lovely quiet village where it is good to switch off from all the hustle and bustle. Flat is quiet and has a particularly nice view. The flat has all the basics. With 4 people it is good to stay. And for us definitely worth repeating.

Beautiful modern house with great facilities, the photos do not accurately reflect the amount of space you have because there is plenty of it! Outside it was 36 degrees, but the temperature inside never exceeded 22 degrees. The view from your terrace is stunning.

We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment. It was modernly furnished and everything necessary was available. Due to its location on the outskirts of the village, it was very quiet, and the south-facing position of the house provided plenty of brightness. Our car had its own parking space above the house.

The bedroom had a bricked light well as a "window," which was also very dirty and covered in cobwebs, making the apartment unsuitable for us! This fact was neither depicted in pictures nor mentioned in writing. We requested an apartment change, which your local employee arranged for us. The other apartment had a large bedroom window and met our needs. The cleanliness also left much to be desired; the mattress protector sheet had stains and was replaced after we complained. So it was not at all a "Villa for you" or "Villa for us." The kitchen facilities could also be improved. We travel all over the world using apartments and houses, but we have never had to provide such negative feedback before. Only due to the change of apartments did we have a few nice days.
