You will find this awesome 3-bedroom farmhouse for 25 persons in Bemelen (Margraten), in a beautiful hilly landscape. It is perfect for get-togethers of family, friends, or colleagues. You can really relax and unwind in this delightful area on the lovely furnished terrace.
The surrounding region invites you to enjoy quad riding, cave biking, abseiling, and a 'jeep safari'. Excellent walking, cycling, and mountain biking trails run right nearby. You have forests starting at 1 km from home. At 3 km, you will find the town center with various supermarkets, nightlife pubs, and nice restaurants. The towns of Valkenburg aan de Geul, Maastricht, Aachen, and Liege are within easy reach and well worth a visit.
Central heating keeps you cozy. The open kitchen has everything you need to prepare lavish dinners with several cooks taking charge of it. You can watch TV or listen to the news on the radio while sitting in the living room. 2 pets are allowed for an additional charge.
These additional costs must be paid to the homeowner on site:

This farmhouse was the ideal setting for our family reunion! Plenty of space for all 25 of us, and the terrace was perfect for evening gatherings, The nearby bike trails provided endless adventure—highly recommend for outdoor enthusiasts!

Eine charmante Farm mit viel Charakter! Die Kinder liebten es, im Garten zu spielen, und wir genossen die lokalen Restaurants – besonders die Herberg de Bonte Haan in der Nähe, Würde ich Familien empfehlen!
