The apartment is situated in a building with four units. It is accessed via a staircase (which leads only to the boiler room and this apartment). A wardrobe and shoe storage area are located outside the door at the top of the stairs.

Upon entering the apartment, you find yourself directly in the eat-in kitchen, which is freshly and stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The adjacent dining area is color-coordinated with the rest of the living area and features a window with a mosquito net. Both from the dining area and the comfortable sofa, you have a perfect view of the large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. A stylish sideboard completes the furnishings, and the plants add a touch of vibrancy to the small apartment.
