The house is situated on the south side of Lake Grundlsee, offering unobstructed views of the lake and the Totes Gebirge mountain range. The apartment, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, a sleeping area with a double bed and bunk beds, a bathroom and toilet, a storage room, and an optional sauna, was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. The bathroom underwent extensive renovations at the end of 2024.

A separate storage room is available for your sports or swimming equipment and supplies. This room also houses your washing machine and provides a charging point for your e-bike.
A 50m² terrace with an adjacent lawn awaits you in front of the apartment.
The covered entrance to the apartment provides secure storage for items such as strollers. A parking space reserved exclusively for your vehicle is available. Electric vehicles can be charged there using the 220V power outlet.
