The light-flooded rooms are tastefully decorated in the navy colours white and blue. You will enjoy the tranquillity of a small pine forest here, just a few metres from lively sandy beaches.
Erquy is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the magnificent Emerald Coast and offers no less than ten different beaches to choose from, depending on the time of day or the tide. You can explore Cap Erquy on 15 km of designated publicans' paths. The seaside resort is also known for its active fishing port and especially for its delicious scallops, which have made it one of the most important ports in Europe for this fantastic seafood.
Well-marked hiking trails (the famous GR34) pass very close to the property, offering nature lovers and sports enthusiasts beautiful kilometres of paths along the coast. Discover all the beauty of the Emerald Coast with a walk through the flowering heaths of Cap Fréhel and Cap Erquy and continue your journey to the historic ports of Saint-Malo, the famous corsair town or Dinard, the elegant seaside resort with its charming Art Nouveau villas.

The house and the location were absolutely great, the transaction was very uncomplicated, however, there was still a lot of dog hair from previous tenants, which was only gone after repeated vacuuming, it's nice
The landlords were very nice: we never had any problems and got lots of tips for excursions and more, the family dog was also very nice and unobtrusive, this property is also suitable for people who don't like dogs or are afraid of them,
The house is in a nice location, quiet, well equipped, all in all we spent 2 nice weeks, but there were significant points of criticism. The terrace is beautiful, but the large garden below cannot be used - children can play - because it is terraced. Furnishings and fittings were good, the blankets were simple woolen blankets that didn't fit into any duvet covers, which were completely unacceptable for the rental price and for hygienic reasons. When we reminded us of this, we received a snotty answer from the owner, there was no improvement. On the negative side, the superficial introduction - waste regulation/place not explained, stove/dishwasher poorly explained, oven not working. In contrast to the handover, the final inspection was very professional and pleasant, but the rest of the deposit has not yet been transferred. There is a lot to improve.
