Holiday home on a safe, fenced property in a quiet part of the resort, 650 m from the seaside beach. The city center with many attractions, cafes and restaurants within a few steps.
House on 3 floors, comfortable and perfectly equipped. On the ground floor there are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with a shower). On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a large table, sofa and TV. There is also a fireplace (wood can be purchased from the host) and access to the balcony. On the same floor there is a kitchen and another bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub (there is a washing machine). Central heating. Wireless internet is available.
The fenced area is at the exclusive disposal of guests, along with a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment (there is a garden gazebo). There is a safe parking lot and a small playground.

Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside climate, a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort.
