This charming, cozy cottage has running water, electricity, a terrace, and parking in front of the house.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, a kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, and a small bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). A larger bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) is located upstairs.

There is no internet access, and therefore no Wi-Fi.
There is also a built-in barbecue on the terrace.

This holiday cottage is an oasis of relaxation and an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes and mountain tours: from family outings to the surrounding mountains, such as the Hohe Kugel or the Karren, to day trips to the Mörzelspitze or the Hohe Freschen.
