The houses, which were extensively renovated in 2024, are located above the coastal road and are 350 meters from their own long stretch of beach (accessible via an underpass). The total of 30 well-kept maisonettes are surrounded by olive trees and are located in the middle of a garden plot of around 74,000 square meters. In the lower part of the complex there is a cozy beach tavern with a view of the crystal-clear sea. Footpaths and small driveable alleys lead to the various residential units, each with reserved parking spaces.
