Stay in the village of opot and enjoy a stress-free vacation near the Adriatic sea. This holiday home has 1 bedroom and is ideal for a family of 4 with children to stay. It offers a private swimming pool, heating, and air conditioning to relax.
You can reach the Adriatic Sea in a short drive. A 45-minute drive will take you to the national park of Krka waterfalls, Croatian climbing center-Paklenica, and the ancient town of Zadar. The town center is at 2 km. Restaurants are available at 200 m and the supermarket is 2 km.
The home is newly built in the traditional Dalmatian architecture. The living space is bright and spacious with a living-dining room, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom with double bed, TV, and air conditioning. Kids have a cot to use. The terrace with the outdoor fireplace and the furnished garden is perfect to relax enjoying the surrounding forests and vineyards. 1 pet is allowed at 10/night. The parking facility is also arranged.

A beautiful holiday home, conceived as a traditional Croatian house. Small but big enough for us with 3 people and 1 dog. We really enjoyed it here and soon called it our little paradise. Enjoy between the olive trees and grape vines!
We had a wonderful holiday in this cottage. Everything is clean. The garden and pool are lovely. The crickets are numerous to wake you up. Sights are a short drive away but the scenery is so beautiful that that is not a problem. In the town nearby there are supermarkets, bakery, pizzeria, ... . The owners are wonderfully sweet. On arrival the fridge was filled with food and drinks. We regularly received a message whether everything was in order. Nothing is too much. We definitely recommend it here!
A paradise. Incredible hospitality. Everything here is designed with great attention to detail and there is everything you need. Unreserved recommendation for a week away but still very close!
We had a great time at house Lu. A beautiful location and a very nicely decorated house with a lot of attention to local traditions and culture. The house is fully equipped and on arrival everything was there; the hostess even stocked the fridge with the most delicious local delicacies and there was fresh bread and spreads so that we could immediately relax after our long journey. The hospitality of our hosts is unparalleled. When reporting a faulty coffee machine, a new machine was immediately brought in the next morning. My husband is an avid hobby chef and we enjoyed using the bbq house to make the traditional Croatian dish Peka. Our host even took the time to go to the local butcher and greengrocer to collect the right ingredients The house is easily accessible and perfectly located for excursions in the Zadar region, but also Plitvice lakes and the beautiful town of Sibenik are doable for a day trip from this location. Keep in mind that this is a rural location with a rich animal life. We enjoyed the many beautiful species of lizards, wasps, crickets and praying mantis that you encounter here. But if you are not a fan of insects, you should not sit here of course. We certainly loved it here and would like to come back in the future.
This is truly one of the nicest holiday homes we have ever been to. A beautiful garden, nice pool and wonderful beds. The road along it is somewhat busy, but is drowned out by the cicadas. The welcome from the owners was super friendly and welcoming, including a fridge full of local delicacies. Actually I would like to keep this place a secret 😊.
We have traveled a long way, we have never been welcomed so hospitably and with so much heart. Our hosts far exceeded our expectations. Even the accommodation is better as described. We felt very, very comfortable and will definitely come back should we be in this area again. Thanks again for everything; you are just great. Hope to see you soon.
