This comfortable and spacious 79 m² Scandinavian-style holiday home provides an inviting coastal escape for up to eight guests and two dogs, located near the Baltic Sea beach in Grobenbrode. Large windows flood the open-concept interior with natural light, highlighting a central living room complete with a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa seating, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system.
The fully equipped kitchen comes fitted with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, and coffee maker, situated alongside a large dining table for group meals. The flexible sleeping layout includes two bedrooms with double beds, a third bedroom with two single beds (all equipped with blackout blinds and wardrobes), and an additional small double bed in the living area. The home features two bathrooms with underfloor heating, including a bathtub, shower, hairdryer, and an in-unit washer-dryer combo.
