This beautiful apartment on a farm has a very nice living room, an infrared sauna and a modern kitchen. With plenty of comfort and a genuine Tyrolean atmosphere, it is ideal for families.
The Hölzlbauer holiday home has a fantastic location. Complete peace and quiet at just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg. The bus stop for the ski bus is only 140 m away and there is a fantastic restaurant with genuine Tyrolean cuisine nearby. In summer, you can enjoy the Austrian outdoors. Several hiking and biking trails lead past this farm and in the immediate vicinity you can find a riding school and several beautiful golf courses.
There is a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and a cosy dining area. The 3 double bedrooms have a private bathroom (shower/basin/toilet), TV and access to the balcony. The balcony around the first floor offers a wonderful view of the fields, the surrounding farms and the mountains. A storage room for mountain bikes is also available.

Very cozy authentic Tyrolean apartment with beautiful new modern bathrooms in each bedroom. Nice spacious kitchen. Very hospitable owner. Always wanted to wash for us (for the 2 babies). No complaints 👍🏻 very friendly and nice. The only downside is that there is smoking downstairs in your own home, which can clearly be smelled upstairs in the apartment. For me as a non smoker very unpleasant. I am certainly positive about separating waste in bins, but I no longer understood where what had to go in: 8 sorting bins. At home I have 3 (paper, green and rest). I found that difficult.
Everything was great, gladly again. Note is a real Tyrolean farm, i. The house is also a used Kuhstall, incl. Landgeruch.Die friendly and helpful owners live on the ground floor right. The ski bus is within walking distance in 2 minutes, but runs only once per hour.
The reception was very friendly. For smaller problems was immediately remedied. The room layout came to meet us. The breakfast and lounge is very suitable for larger groups. The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. There is a lack of matching pots and pans. The place can be reached after a 15-20 minute walk.
With parents, mother in law, 2 brothers and own family with 2 adults and baby we have had a very nice holiday in Spertendorf, A beautiful place, good location and friendly, hospitable people, Aanrader!
We had a lovely week there with 8 people, a lot of square meters, large bedrooms each with a private bathroom, big kitchen and nice sitting / dining area, nice owners and wonderful to see that in this same property we also had a piece of 20 Cows have stood! About 10 to 15 minutes walk to the cozy village center,
