Winter or summer, there is an adventure here during all seasons. Enjoy skiing at the Ski Zillertal 3000 region. You can take the ski bus just steps away at 100 m. A walk in the forest at 100 m is great to enjoy quiet moments. There are restaurants nearby at 500 m to enjoy local cuisine. You can buy your groceries from supermarket at 4 km.
You can enjoy a cosy ambience indoor with the central heating and spacious bedrooms with double bed and single sofa beds. Additionally ski storage, ski boot heaters, children's bed and parking are also provided. The balcony is at your disposal with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Check-in timings are between 3 - 6 PM and check-out timings are between 9 - 10 AM.

Beautiful place in heart of Tirol ,fantastic people in thé house. It was pleasure for me and my family.
Accommodation good, only the way there is perilous. Never go there in the winter I would say! It would have been better if we had been informed of this. You have to go uphill to about 1200 meters, and you cannot pass cars, if 1 arrives you have to go backwards, and that is really left soup. Parking your car is also difficult, no parking space at home In short: we are not going there anymore.
Beautiful surroundings, great food in the neighborhood, unfortunately, the landlady only on the penultimate day met, for our requirements absolutely ausrechend.
Getting there in the winter is a challenge for novice drivers, as the access road, which only has one car-width, has to be negotiated at an altitude of 1100 meters. If then the ski bus or even the snowplow comes to meet, you can certainly be nervous with some missing guardrails. Parking is guaranteed, but not particularly pleasant - either you stand on a not cleared ice hummocks on the doorstep or in front of the garage of the hostel people. They are friendly, but can only be seen briefly on arrival and then on the payment of the tourist tax. Waste disposal or other questions you have to explore yourself. We did not find any promised points in the terms of reference. Particularly annoying was the lack of ski or dry cellar or ski heater. The skis land in a zugemüllten garage, the ski clothes (known, yes, not the thinnest clothes) you have to somehow hang on a sofa or a chair in the already narrow room to dry. Apparently, among the hosts, who live on the ground floor, also a smoker, because in the house it smells and the cold smoke is in the towels (they are not changed) and the bed linen pulled. No cot is available for accompanying toddlers. The hosts are mountain farmers, and so the work starts already 6.30 clock - nothing to sleep. To the area The ski bus arrives punctually on request or at fixed times. Of course you can always drive down the narrow piste road to Finkenbuerg, where there is then at the gondola an outdoor parking space and a parking garage, where you get a seat on all Fäle in the lowest floor. The ski areas are then easily reached from there. Also for cross-country fans there is a nice trail in the direction of Tux, with the car no problem.
apartment very high in the mountains, we were not able to get to the hotel by car. There are no parking spaces, the ski bus practically does not drive. The hotel has a problem with hot water and heating. There is no hot water, the heating is not regulated, the house is so hot that it is not possible to sleep. The owners of the house are cheating for money, be careful. I do not advise you to stay in these apartments.
