Wake up with the Adriatic at your feet and the gentle rhythm of boats in the harbour just outside your door. This seafront suite places you directly on the water, in one of the most privileged positions along the coast - where mornings begin with salt air and evenings end with golden sunsets over the bay.

The apartment is located right on the seafront, facing a small private harbour reserved for hotel guests. Just steps away, you’ll find the hotel’s private beach, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, offering a peaceful and exclusive place to swim, sunbathe, or simply slow down. For guests arriving by boat, the experience becomes even more seamless: free mooring is available directly in front of the property, with a large parking area for both cars and boat trailers, and a boat crane station approximately 2 km away. Kindly note your arrival by boat in advance so a mooring space can be reserved for you.

Inside, the air-conditioned suite is designed for cozy coastal living - bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for long mornings, easy meals, and restful nights after days spent on the water – featuring a double bed, a minibar, a TV, and a sofa with access to a sea view balcony.
Beyond the beach, the surrounding area invites exploration: coastal walking paths, island-hopping by boat, snorkelling in crystal-clear coves, and evenings spent in nearby seaside restaurants where local seafood and wine define the flavour of the region.
This is not simply a place to stay - it’s a waterfront lifestyle, best enjoyed slowly, barefoot, and close to the sea.
These are double rooms rented on a bed-and-breakfast basis, with breakfast included in the price. Breakfast is served in our restaurant daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The swimming pool is exclusively available to hotel guests and is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
