The village of Koewacht is in the south of the Netherlands in Zeelandic Flanders, which also features the well known seaside resorts of Cadzand and Breskens. A visit to Ghent is highly recommended for its Belgian beers and delicious chocolate. If you fancy a day by the sea, it rests a short drive away.
Returning to your holiday home after a long bike ride, you can safely store your bikes in the bicycle storage. The large private enclosed garden with a sitting area offers a beautiful view of the meadows as you relax with a refreshing cool drink or rest in the fresh air. A children's bed and high chair are present. Parking is available.

Very friendly reception. Beautiful environment. House is dated but very nice to stay
Peace and space. We were kindly received by the neighbor Linda with the key. Upon entering we were surprised by the basket full of tasty stuff. The house is fully equipped, although some furniture is a bit dated. But that also has its charm. The garden has several seating areas, there is always a shaded area, the area is ideally suited for cycling and walking. Each village has its own history, mostly related to the 80 Years War. Many remnants of the Spanish-State line are still visible in the landscape. It is a bird-rich area, along the coast and especially the drowned land of Saeftinghe.Ondanks the extreme heat we had a great week and the house and the surroundings are worth coming back.Gemma and Kees, Dordrecht
Beautiful house fully equipped, beautiful surroundings, what more could you want?
Nice reception by the ladies. Very nice and well-filled welcome basket. Neat and especially clean house. excellent facilities. In other words, an excellent stay from which to make nice trips.
Complete house in an agricultural environment. Located on a somewhat busy road, so there is some noise from passing cars. The towns of Hulst, Axel and Terneuzen are a max. of about 15 minutes by car. In Axel there is a beautiful forest where you can enjoy walking! The area is very good for cycling to further destinations such as Sluis, Cadzand and Breskens.
