'Duckboards' to shore which is in natural state and deepens steeply, hard silt bottom, own boat. Wooden cottage 2004, combined livingroom/kitchen with convertible sofa, bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping loft with 2 beds and convertible sofa. Dressing room, washroom, sauna (wood-heated), porch.
