Had a great 10 days, house is larger than imagined in the photos, a lot of sloping roofs, but not terribly bothered by it. It actually contains just about everything you need and more, even a hair dryer and a toaster! The house is a bit dark because of all the sloping roofs, and because of those roofs it also gets quite warm when the sun is on it. You also have quite a lot of noise from the busy road, you can hear the moving cars really well, and the ambulances from the hospital further away often pass full of sirens. This means that you are not really relaxed for a while in the house or on the balcony. But if you're further on it's prima.Höxter is an aging place, the environment is beautiful. Especially 15 minutes further by car, or a bit by bike. Lake nearby is nice, large playground, nice beach. A number of restaurants in Hoxter are also nice, and you can be from home in no time! Our favorite was the strullenkrug!
Wow, What a nice and very clean accommodation. Everything is there, even a private garage for the car, especially nice cycling routes along hills and rivers. Just do it.
We arrived a little earlier but the homeowner was already waiting for us. There were fresh flowers in the apartment and some goodies to drink in the fridge. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and luxurious. Everything you could wish for is present. Bed linen, beach towels, tea towels you do not have to bring anything from home. We had breakfast every morning in the sunshine on the balcony, the car and the bikes were parked safely in the garage. Hoxter itself is a very nice place and within walking distance of the apartment. You can make beautiful bike rides along the Weser. In short, a must to come back again.
Nice house, beautifully decorated and clean. Is slightly smaller than the pictures suggest because of the sloping roof that is everywhere. Location is next to a busy road that you often cross but the city.
Due to circumstances we arrived later, no problem had been contacted by mail. Accommodation was thick in order.Hoxter nice town nicely located at the Weser.
We were welcomed by the managers of the apartment. We got a comprehensive explanation and the tulips and the bottle of wine were ready. The apartment is fully furnished, in the kitchen a lot of equipment, even a smoothymaker is not missing. The apartment is located within walking distance of the center and the Kaufland supermarket is around the corner. The surroundings are beautiful, you can ride a bike and walk and there are many nice towns.
