Description
Modern holiday home on Dutch coast with garden
Just behind the dunes of Julianadorp aan Zee lies a peaceful retreat where the rhythm of the sea sets the pace for your days. This elegant holiday home blends soft luxury with a warm, personal touch, a place where you instantly feel at ease. Whether you’re waking up to sunlight filtering through the windows or winding down after a long beach walk, every moment here feels unrushed, easy, and real. The bright living room invites togetherness, curl up on the sofa with a good book, share stories over a glass of wine, or enjoy a cozy film night on the smart TV. The modern kitchen makes cooking part of the joy, with everything you need to create and share meals effortlessly: an induction hob, convection oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine all ready for use. It’s the kind of space where breakfast stretches into brunch and laughter fills the room long after dinner is done.
The two serene bedrooms each offer a sense of privacy and calm, featuring comfortable single beds (90x200) that can be joined into doubles and their own modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. The freestanding bathtub in the master bedroom is the definition of indulgence perfect for a long soak as the sun sets outside. Step out to the spacious terrace with its garden furniture and parasol and let the salty breeze and quiet surroundings remind you what slowing down feels like.
Just a short stroll away, the wide sandy beach of Julianadorp awaits, ideal for long walks with your dog, cycling through the dunes, or watching the waves roll in at sunset. Nearby, explore Den Helder’s harbor, visit the tulip fields in spring, or take the ferry to Texel for a day trip full of island charm. Here, life by the sea feels easy, unhurried, and exactly how a holiday should be full of light, laughter, and a touch of luxury.
