This cosy holiday home 'Huize Hops' in North Brabant is located in the beautiful outskirts of Haps. Relax with a good book on the fine terrace or take a seat on one of the comfortable seats in the spacious, beautiful garden.
Start the day with a healthy walk in the private garden or walk on to the centre (1.2 km) for a nice breakfast. You will also find several restaurants here for a pleasant evening out. With its convenient location near the A73 motorway, you can reach Nijmegen (20 km), Boxmeer (15 km) or even Kleef in Germany in no time. The region offers various cycling and walking routes through nature and a visit to the War Museum or the Zoo in Overloon is also worthwhile, as is a trip to the German Wunderland Kalkar and the Limburg Toverland.
The living room has a TV, a comfortable seating area and a dining table. For entertainment, there is bocce ball and air hockey and you can prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Diese wunderschöne, with fallen Liebe eingerichtte Ferienhaus in Haps is perfect for einen Familienurlaub zwischen Nijmegen und Venlo. Wir, 3 Erwachsene & 2 Teenager haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das war sicherhlich nicht unser letzter Kurzurlaub in diesem Jewel von einem Ferienhaus! :)
Great house with an incredible garden. Or actually the word garden is not enough, it is a gigantic plot that is very nicely decorated with corners with different seats, a jeu-de-boule court, trampoline and so on. Beautiful terrace directly at the house where there are plenty of birds. The house itself is very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Jan and Marian welcome you hospitably and do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. Nice and nice extras such as: made beds, towels, cleaning products, toilet paper / coffee / tea / sugar / salt / pepper, etc. The kitchen is well equipped. Simply a winner!

Strak afgewerkt huis, vrijstaand en lekker rustig ondanks dat er een autoweggetje vlak voor het huis langs loopt. Jan en Marian zijn erg prettige en vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw. Binnen alles schoon en een zeer grote en goed onderhouden buitenruimte met o.a. jeu de boules baan, waar wij dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Wat ons gezelschap (4 vrienden) betreft een zeer geslaagd verblijf!
Beautifully located house, well furnished. It is very nice that the beds are made upon arrival, linen is also included. Kitchen equipment also very complete. Friendly reception. Beautiful surroundings with many possibilities. Not a single downside.
