The different villas lie around an atmospheric water garden. Some lie directly by the water. You can choose either a six-person (NL-9514-01) or an eight-person (NL-9514-02) variant. All villas are furnished comfortably and have a ground-flour bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is on the first floor in one of the villas type NL-9514-01. Each villa has a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

House is not at the location of the photo. Turns out this one has been sold and is no longer for rent. Of course we should have looked further at the specifications, but we went for the bath (in the photo), but there was only a shower. There are several cottages of the same for rent through Roompot. BellVilla is difficult to reach in case of complaints. Unclear what the extra costs were. Service from the Roompot was fine. Email correspondence went well with Roompot.
Beautifully landscaped park, well maintained and villa beautifully situated on a water feature. House is comfortable and fully furnished, a tip for the owner: put top covers on the beds because now you can feel the spirals of the mattress pricking your back…

Leuke en ruime woning
Arrival fine. Everything was fine and made to feel welcome. The people who took care of us, the irreverent "staff" were fantastic.
The park is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately, our house was mediocre and needed renovation. To begin with, we had to repair the lock of the front door immediately because it was loose and would not close anymore. The house is very damp, there were a lot of silverfish. The laminate floor between the hall and living room bulged up after a few days, partly thanks to the rainy weather, so that the door no longer closed. After a day of better weather and the doors open a lot, this subsided again. Furthermore, the mattresses on the top floor are too hard to sleep on and there is no toilet available. The terrace and garden are not included in the mowing policy of the park, which makes it unkempt, a good broom for inside and outside to sweep yourself is unfortunately not available. In short, the difference with the other villa homes in the park is too great. Fortunately, we enjoyed the area, the rented bikes were fine!
