A furnished balcony is in place for you to relax and rejuvenate after a long day. You can access the balcony from the living room, where you can enjoy a lovely view.
The sea lies 300 m from the home making it a perfect spot for the beach lovers. For your convenience, restaurants, the town center, and grocery stores are 400 m away. The holiday home il Girasole is located in an apartment complex just 300 metres from Principina Mare and 15 km from Grosseto. The beautiful beaches of the "Uccellina" park are just a few kilometres away. The house is simple but very functional. The islands of Elba and Il Giglio are ideal for excursions. Siena (90 km), Grosseto (15 km) and Castiglione della Pescaia are also worth a visit. The famous "Saturnia" thermal baths are 50 km away. In short, this is a destination with plenty to keep you entertained.
Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while soaking in the afternoon sun. Wood heating is provided for comfort. Play with your culinary skills and prepare a sizzling platter of barbecue for your dear ones in the evening. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated on the property. A washing machine is available. You can also relax on the bed which will be in the living room (from April 2024 to the end of January 2025).
The guests have to pay €10 per day x water, light linen, initial and final cleaning upon arrival to the owner.
The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.

Upon arrival our hostess was present at the cottage. She gave a tour and was extremely friendly! Beautiful surroundings. Lots of rest and beautiful nature.
Nice house. Very quiet and ideal for the dog to play on the fenced yard.
the apartment is ideally located, close to the sea and the city center, however, our stay was marred we were burgled in the middle of our living room at night, all our luggage was searched and our cash for the lost time! !! there is a lack of security at the "apartment (the majority of locations have bars on the windows except the front door ... and has" a closer closure "a toy box than" a home! good stay in "all but marred by sleepless nights that followed this event, the owner is nice but should be more vigilant and more concerned with the well being of its guests

Very nice vacation A good place
Nice location, but in kitchen and bathroom lacked a thing. Drain shower was poor, we had to stop the water with towels. Cookware incomplete. For the rest, we really enjoyed the tranquility, beautiful scenery and pretty towns.
