This unique holiday home, in the shape of a tower, is blessed with a beautiful location in the Tuscan countryside. The combination of traditional architecture with modern comfort and design makes the accommodation very special. It can comfortably accommodate a family with children.
The region has an impressive flora and fauna with numerous pristine oak forests and beautiful walking routes. The residence is located in the municipality of Gambassi Terme, not far from San Gimignano (11 km) and Volterra (25 km) and an hour's drive from Pisa, Siena and the art and fashion city of Florence.
As a guest you have access to a large communal swimming pool, private parking and play equipment for children.
Note : Additional costs during the winter season (November 15 - April 15): heating gas €10 per cubic meter consumed.

Beautiful home, beautifully decorated in the middle of Tuscany, ideal for trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano ... Highly recommended!
It is a complex from which you can discover delicious Tuscany and can use even in the afternoon of one of the three pools.
The property is suitable for two people and very neat and artfully designed. The pool was blissful. The location is ideal to explore Tuscany and the surrounding cities of Pisa, Florence, Gimignano, Sienna ...
Very good base. Perfectly situated between Siena, Florence and Pisa. A short distance from San Giminiano and 30 minutes from Volterra (very nice). Beautiful property, enough sunbeds at the pool. Apartment is not suitable for children as stairs without railing. Very nicely decorated. No balcony. Terrace with garden table is lower floor, no problem for us. Recommended, pleasantly surprised!
The property is centrally located in Tuscany, about 8 km from the village and other amenities. And it is about an hour's drive of all major cities in Tuscany. In that respect, fine if you want to stay in Tuscany. 1 central location You always need a car to get you to move here. Public transport is available nearby. The surroundings are beautiful and because you're in the middle of Tuscany, you can fully enjoy this. It is really a good place if you want to enjoy good food and good wine. Especially the Tiramisu pizza pizzeria Montaione is highly recommended. In May, it was clear even before season no other guests, even the nearby hotel was still starting / cleaning for the new season. The park with swimming pools were well maintained. There are plenty of parking. Each accommodation has a private parking. The accommodation is clean and modern. But we missed Wifi and mobile connections (data / call) were very bad.
