Very neat apartment, spacious, fully furnished. Quiet location with nice view from the balcony. Beautiful area for walking. An hour and a half drive from Dresden (recommended!) and half an hour from the Fichtelberg and waterfall. Carlsbad is also within easy reach. Friendly owner who leaves you alone.
I canceled the vacation rental. Belvilla did not respond to this cancellation, rather an email was sent to me 6 days before arrival with the contact and travel details. I did not start the trip because I canceled it on May 15, 2021. Regarding a repayment of the pro-rata travel price was not received. On the contrary, I now receive emails every day so that I can rate my stay. Which stay? It's annoying and I think it's a shame that Belvilla doesn't respond to my emails.
Very nice clean apartment located in a very quiet area. Perfect for relaxation. Very nice landlord who is always available for questions. We can only recommend the apartment.
