The "Immas Welt" holiday flat is located on the top floor of the timber and glass architect's house on a plot of approx. 2,400 square metres in the Utting-Holzhausen district and can be reached via an external staircase. Short distances lead to the lake with bathing area and sunbathing lawn, to the landing stage of the Ammersee shipping company and into the open countryside. Rooms and furnishings: Lots of ceiling height, glass, wooden and ceramic floors, combined with white and fresh colours, give the flat a loft character. It offers openness and spaciousness with an unobstructed view of the countryside.
