The villa in modern beach house style was newly built in 2011 and completely renovated in 2016 and tastefully and modernly furnished with high-quality furniture, a large private pool and garden. It is bright and friendly thanks to the large windows and is just 300 metres from the sea. The rooms are spread over two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room and fully equipped kitchen as well as two spacious terraces with views of the private pool, garden with sun loungers and garden furniture, BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen. The villa has air conditioning cold / warm, fireplace with automatic pellet heating (making the building a year-round destination) and free WIFI throughout the house and garden, TV in every room and living room. The entire outdoor area has been lovingly landscaped and planted with numerous Mediterranean plants, several sun loungers, lounge furniture and outdoor shower as well as a large open outdoor kitchen with BBQ - grill and dining table to enjoy life outside during the day or in the evening. The great highlight of our villa is, in addition to the lush Mediterranean nature on the property and the tranquillity, that you can reach the marina and one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, called "ES Trenc" or "Caribbean beach" with a wide white sandy beach in just a few minutes' walk (300m). The water is very shallow, making the water turquoise and the beach particularly popular with sun worshippers, children and "non-swimmers". In the village of Sa Ràpita there are a variety of services such as restaurants directly on the coast, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank. A novelty on Mallorca is that there is no typical mass tourism in Sa Ràpita due to the lack of hotels. The village with its lovely restaurants and small weekly market is only a 5-minute walk away.
