The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres) and one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 metres). The eat-in kitchen with a view of the orchard is fully equipped. There is a cooker/oven with extractor bonnet, a dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge, as well as plenty of crockery and pots, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender. In the living area there is a 32" LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo system as well as a wood-burning stove, which provides cosiness and pleasant warmth on cold days. There is also a washing machine in the shower room with washbasin and a 1.20 x 0.80 metre shower tray and toilet. Garden furniture and a large trampoline await you in the large orchard. The house is located in the triangle between Stralsund and Greifswald (35 km each) and 40 km from the Darß or the island of Rügen.
