Description
Cozy detached house in the hills of Pistoia. This holiday home consists of five individually furnished apartments so perfect for different families or friends travelling together; the complex is an ancient "inn" completely restored.
A convenient parking, a garden, a terrace area complete the picture. Immersed in nature and in the hills just north of Pistoia, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday and for visiting the interesting surroundings and the rest of Tuscany.
The sofa beds can comfortably accommodate two children or an adult.
The house is about 20 minutes from Florence and Lucca, Pistoia has much to offer in terms of history, art, monuments, folk traditions, nature and gastronomic specialties. In the picturesque streets of the old town you will find many good restaurants that authentic dishes of Tuscan tradition at fairer prices than most with other Italian cities. The main market of the monumental cathedral square and the surrounding streets twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday morning) and is not to be missed!
A new entrance has been created on the ground floor, closer to the car park and more easily accessible by car. From the entrance you can access the house either by stairs or by elevator. All the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are on the first floor. The new spaces are the bedroom with bathroom, reachable by lift and the living room connected to both the lift and the kitchen with dining area.
Other improvements that have been made are the new outdoor pool, new solar shower, new heat pump for pool heating, new outdoor dining tables. The charging station for electric vehicles and the elevator to overcome architectural barriers

A lovely stay in the hills! We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the proximity to Pistoia's charming streets made for some great evening strolls, The apartment had all the essentials we needed, Definitely worth considering for your next trip to Tuscany
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison de vacances spacieuse! L'emplacement est serein, entouré de belles collines, ce qui en fait une retraite parfaite pour se détendre, L'appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné était confortable, magnifiquement décoré et avait tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin, C'était génial pour notre famille, avec suffisamment d'espace pour que chacun se sente à l'aise, La piscine privée était un ajout fantastique, surtout pour les enfants, Nous avons également adoré être à quelques minutes en voiture de Pistoia et de ses charmants restaurants, Je recommande vivement de visiter le marché local les mercredis et samedis pour des délices toscans authentiques!

Tolle Erfahrung! Das Ferienhaus fühlte sich abgelegen an, war aber nah genug an den lokalen Attraktionen, Wir haben es geliebt, Zeit im Gartenbereich zu verbringen, und die Kinder haben den Pool gut genutzt, Eine gute Balance zwischen Entspannung und Abenteuer!
