Situated just 1 kilometer from the picturesque village of Skouloufia and 17 kilometers from Rethymno, the villa is a convenient base for exploring the area. The villa is designed with a single-story layout, making it accessible for guests with mobility concerns. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a sofa bed for the 7th person and a dining area, complete with modern amenities like a flat-screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is designed for accessibility.

Wat een juweel! De villa bood alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf, De host was zeer gastvrij, en we waardeerden de toegankelijkheidskenmerken, De zonsondergangen vanaf het terras waren gewoon adembenemend
Fantastische uitzichten vanaf het terras! Perfecte plek voor een gezinsuitje, Het zwembad was het hoogtepunt
Adembenemende uitzichten vanaf het terras, Het privézwembad was een hoogtepunt van ons verblijf
Perfect voor gezinnen! We reisden met onze kinderen en zij hielden van het zwembad, De tuin was veilig voor hen om te spelen, terwijl wij genoten van de rust van het gebied, Een auto is nodig om de lokale bezienswaardigheden te verkennen
De buitenruimte maakte ons verblijf echt memorabel, We hebben het grootste deel van onze tijd bij het zwembad doorgebracht en gegrild in het schaduwrijke barbecuegebied, Het uitzicht op de bergen was adembenemend!
Deze villa overtrof onze verwachtingen! Schoon, comfortabel en met ongelooflijke uitzichten, We genoten vooral van de eetruimte buiten en het gemak van het nabijgelegen dorp voor benodigdheden
