The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you can be in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, all in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!"
The chalet is easily accessible via a mountain road, the last 200 metres of which are unpaved and steep. Although the road is always cleared of snow in winter, it is compulsory to put on snow chains at the bottom (near the church). If uncertain, it is wise to ask the caretaker about this
