Between lakes, mountains and charming towns (Chambéry, Aix-Les-Bains, Annecy), you will be perfectly located for all kinds of sporting, nautical or cultural activities!

The house looks like this:

On the ground floor, you will enter directly into the large open living room and find:
- a lounge area with sofas, coffee table and flat screen television

- a dining area dining with its wooden table and six chairs

- a modern and very well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso-type coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender...) with its batch and 3 high chairs

You will also find on the ground floor: a cloakroom, separate toilets, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a small pantry with appliance. raclette, crepe maker, cooking appliance waffles...

Upstairs, you will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

Bedroom 1 type parental equipped with a queen-size 160cm bed, a cupboard/wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and vanity unit

Bedroom 2: queen size bed 160 cm which can be converted into a double bed. in two 80cm single beds (to be specified when booking) and cupboard/wardrobe

Bedroom 3: 140 cm double bed and chest of drawers
Independent bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.

Outside,

You can enjoy the dining room; outdoor dining (which will be installed in the spring) on ??the terrace, next to it. the shadow of a big tree!

You will also benefit from a plancha.
The property It is not closed, but you can use a cellar if you wish to secure bicycles or various equipment.

- Sheets and towels are provided and set up

- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible on request except in the case of crossed arrival and departure.
- The house has a Wifi internet connection
- You can park 2 people away. 3 vehicles in the private outdoor parking lot.

Voglans is located close to the Chambéry motorway exit, so you will be, via the Alpine motorway network:

- to 1 hour from Lyon (50 minutes from the airport)
- to 45 minutes from Grenoble
- to 40 minutes from Annecy

- to 5 minutes from the small Chambéry airport
