We were very satisfied with our stay. We were warmly welcomed and the hostess tried very hard to make us feel comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with a 4-plate stove , sink, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and an Optigrill. Dishes, glasses and cutlery are available in sufficient quantities. Also chopping boards and knives. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hairdryer, sink, shower and toilet. Everything worked wonderfully. In the small porch/hallway there are possibilities to hang up jackets and put down shoes. In the bedroom there is a large futon bed with 2 bedside tables. We prefer to lie a little harder 😋. In the living room there is a sideboard with a TV, a large couch and a sufficiently large wardrobe, as well as a coffee table. There was a welcome bottle of wine and snacks for the dog - a very nice and thoughtful gesture 👍🏼 In the living room there is information of the environment in abundance. The hostess is also always happy to help with tips on things to do. The apartment is heated with small electric heaters, which warm up very quickly and heat up the small apartment more than sufficiently. In front of the apartment you have the opportunity to sit at a large table and is also a barbecue. We didn't use it, but we still thought it was great 👍🏼 The apartment also has a parking space under a carport, where the garbage is also separated. It was super organized and everyone understands it immediately! The apartment is cozy and simple, but not spartan! We would definitely book it again if we ever wanted to go to the region again.

The appartment is really big and comfortable for big family. Kitchen equipped with all you need, even more!. Appartment has separate entrance with cozy patio. Owner Jozefine was soo hospitable! She prepared traditional austrian dinner with schnitzel❤
Everything is displayed very clearly, and booking is also simple
Very friendly hostess Josefine. She even cooked for us once. Typically Austrian, Delicious schnitzel! Cottage was neat, good beds and a beautiful rural setting with horses in front of the door in the meadow. 10 to 15 min drive from Kaprun and Zell am see!
Our landlady was very, very nice and we will be back again, everything was great.
