Description
This holiday home has been lovingly and professionally built and renovated. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.
The result is a wonderful holiday home in a quiet location, which is equipped with every comfort! The house has 2 floors. On the first floor is the bright and spacious living-dining room with the tree trunk dining table and the new, modern kitchen. The living room has a flat-screen TV with various German-language channels, a sofa and armchair. The central Swedish stove, which radiates wonderful warmth, creates a pleasant atmosphere on colder days. Cooking is a pleasure in this kitchen! The fridge/freezer combination, hob, large oven with microwave function, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are at your disposal to spoil family and friends with culinary delights. Step from the living room onto the 16 m2 balcony and enjoy the sun and the good Zeeland air in the pleasant, adjustable lounge furniture. You can of course also enjoy your meal on the balcony, from breakfast to the last glass of wine. On the ground floor, right next to the entrance, is the laundry room with a new washing machine and dryer. There are 3 cozy bedrooms with 2 bedrooms respectively. x a double bed and 1 x 2 single beds. There are 2 modern bathrooms, each with a shower / rain shower and toilet. In the larger bathroom there is also an infrared sauna that offers wonderful relaxation after a long walk on the beach or a relaxing bike ride.
When you step into the (dune) garden, the first thing you see is the covered seating area and the lawn where you can enjoy the sunny afternoons or the shade of the trees. A lovely garden set and 6 sun loungers are available for this. In just 2 minutes you are on the banks of the Veerse Meer, where you can swim, stand-up paddle or surf. Enjoy the views and the view of the beautiful town of Veere! Next to the house there is room for 2 cars. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home.

beautiful home, but you better book at Ruiterplaat holidays as we were much more expensive at belvilla and that is a pity.

Dit was een heerlijk vakantiehuis, perfect voor gezinnen. De kinderen genoten van de tuin en wij waardeerden de gemakkelijke toegang tot watersporten. Al met al een zeer aangename ervaring!
