Apartment in a kelo log-made semi-detached house, built in 1996. Bedrooms 1-2: 2 beds, loft: 5 beds, living room/kitchen, electric sauna. Attention: various construction works have started in the neighborhood (e.g. new building) 2024/2025, the construction works which may cause noise disturbance. Additional equipment: hydro massage bath outdoors available for additional fee. The massage bath is ready for use in clean new water, the customer only needs to open and close the lid while bathing (maintenance takes care of emptying and cleaning). The nearest grocery store is K-Market RukaValley, which is open during December-April. At other time the nearest grocery store is in Ruka village, distance 4,9 km. Other distances: Oulanka national park/Karhunkierros trail 28 km, Valtavaara hiking trail 1,1 km. More information: Final cleaning is included in the price.
