Kevinlevi is a spacious cabin in a peaceful area. An illuminated ski trail runs right next to the house. There is a park forest on the other side of the cabin. 170 km to the north from Rovaniemi, in the Levi tourist center, in Kalliorakka district. A wooden cabin, the kitchen, utility room, toilet and sauna facilities have been completely renovated in the fall of 2024, the cabin was built in 1989. On the ground floor living room/kitchen, bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with double bed (2 beds made into a double bed with common mattress pad). A covered terrace and a ski maintenance room with a table and stand and an old iron that can be used to lubricate the skis, there is no heating in the space. There are no child gates at the bottom or top of the stairs. Car parking 10 m. Access to the cabin is via short stairs. The nearest ski slope is Eturinne located in Levi Center 1,8 km. The illuminated ski track is located nearby (on the other side of the road, distance is about 100 m). Pets are not allowed. However, there have been pets in the cottage, so it is not suitable for allergy sufferers. Neighboring cabin 15337. There is a park area on the other side of the cabin, so there are no neighbors on that side.
