A bright and cozy semi-detached house built in 2005, located in the village of Äkäslompolo in the Kaulavaara area (Koppelontie 1). The apartment has 50 m² on the ground floor and 25 m² in the loft. The apartment includes a well-equipped combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with 2 beds and a walk-in closet, an electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a tumble dryer. The spacious loft has 3 beds (can be separated by curtains into 2+1), a writing desk, and a seating area. Ample storage space is available. Additional amenities: Child equipment (high chair and travel cot, potty). 2 TVs. An air-source heat pump for additional heating and cooling. In the outdoor storage (shared with A and B apartments), there is storage space for skis, 2 waxing stands, 3 kicksleds, sleds, and firewood. Electric car socket. The terrace has a table and benches. Pets are not allowed, but the owner's dog occasionally visits the cabin, making it unsuitable for those with allergies.
