The attractive detached holiday home is made of sustainable building materials and is located in a wooded area near the beach. The large glass facades offer a view of the green enclosed garden from the entire living area, where you can sit wonderfully private. Conversely, the daylight enters beautifully through the beautiful windows, the house is not called "De Zonnestraal" for nothing. Even when it is cloudy, this house retains its light character. The vide also gives the house a nice open and spacious character.

The detached house is located on a spacious plot. You enter the house through the hall, here you will also find the toilet and a separate storage room with the washing machine. In the living room there is a sitting area near the television. The stairs to the top end in the middle of the living room, creating a cozy dichotomy between the living and dining room. The dining table is an extension of the kitchen and has 6 seats. The corner kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and is equipped with an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee maker and kettle. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed consisting of two single mattresses (90x200cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink.

On the first floor you will find another two bedrooms, one with a double bed, consisting of two separate single box springs, and one bedroom with two separate single beds. There is a wardrobe in both bedrooms. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower and washbasin with furniture and there is also a second (separate) toilet on this floor.
From the living room you step directly through the terrace (20m2) into the green, enclosed garden (50m2), which is wonderfully private. Sit quietly in one of the comfortable garden chairs (6 pieces) at the garden table, under the parasol and the holiday can begin. In the garden it is also possible to charge any bicycles covered. The house has two parking spaces opposite the house. You can park here for free. A cot is available for children up to and including 2 years, other facilities you have to bring yourself. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The house is located near Camping De Duinhoeve, where you can use all facilities. The campsite is a wonderful place for children, in addition to a water playground and various indoor and outdoor play facilities, there is also an entertainment program. While the children play, you can enjoy yourself on the adjacent terrace. Everyone finished? Enjoy a bite to eat in the restaurant or order something delicious at the snack bar or pizzeria. For small groceries you have come to the right place in the camping supermarket. There is also plenty to do at the campsite for adults, such as mini golf, billiards, darts and there are also saunas and spa baths if you want to do something less active.
If you want to discover a little more of the island of Schouwen-Duiveland, there is also plenty to do here. Burgh-Haamstede and the surrounding area has beautiful nature reserves, for example the dune-rich nature reserve "Kop van Schouwen". Go hiking, cycling and take your binoculars with you: there are plenty of special birds to spot! Visit the Oosterscheldekering and immediately visit Neeltje Jans: an amusement park and museum about the Delta Works and you can enjoy mussels and oysters here, straight from the Oosterschelde.
