The outdoor area of the house is characterised by a fully fenced garden (1.20 m high picket fence) with terrace, which is available for exclusive use. For bicycle enthusiasts, there are bicycle racks and a garden shed for storing bicycles. The Bodden is only about 500 metres away, and the extensive Baltic Sea beach is about 10 km away - easily accessible by car or bike thanks to an excellent network of cycle paths.
