This comfortable cottage is located in Konzell Bavaria, Germany. There are three bedrooms that offer a place for 6 people, perfect for family holidays. In addition, you may bring up to 3 pets. There is a private garden where you can enjoy barbecue evenings with your pals.
Near the idyllic Konzell there is plenty to do. You can go for beautiful walks and bike rides in the beautiful countryside. You can make trips to Furth im Wald, the Arber or you can Rain canoeing on the river. The cities of Passau and Regensburg are within about an hour, but it is also possible to spend a day in the Czech Republic and / or to Austria. The town center is only 2.5 km from where you can buy the essential vacation items.
The house has original features and it has everything you need. You have a private terrace onlooking beautiful meadows. Relax on the deckchairs provided under the sun. For children there is a trampoline to enjoy. A cot and highchair are available.

The house is beautiful, in top shape and completely and lovingly furnished. We're all alone here, exactly as we wanted it to be. The dog is also very comfortable. There is a hotel with a spa nearby.
Beautifully restored house in a quiet location right on the forest. Shopping only by car. Everything you need is available in the house. WLAN does not really work, contact person for key handover is very flexible.
Arrival was fine, the house was only badly cleaned. For a large part we had to wash dishes, oven did not clean dirty kitchen sink and floors were poorly vacuumed. The house itself was fantastic, fully equipped. Quiet location and a beautiful view. Environment wonderful for walking there are many hiking trails. All in all definitely to go back again and again.
Our arrival was fine, we called the manager that we had arrived, he immediately came with the key. The accommodation looked very nice from the outside. Very special to live in a real old German farmhouse for 2 weeks. What we found unfortunate was that the house was really not clean! The environment was great in one word!

+++ location, interior, kitchen equipment, beds, wall heating, well-functioning wireless internet despite thick walls, TV, swing, view great house! -It was not preheated, as we arrived takes a long time until it is warm (instruction heating should be in writing , is not done orally), dark bedside lamps (no reading in bed), kitchen not really clean, very noisy between the bedrooms and the kitchen - but just in such an old house, you just have to know no beach chairs borrowed bed linen very expensive ( 5-pp / N)
