On the way to the shore a steep slope and stairs. Rowboat in use with a neighboring apartment (code nr. 13589). Semidetached log home from 2007, living room/kitchen with sofa-bed for 1 person, bedroom with double bed, washing room, dressing room, WC, sauna (electric stove) terrace, upstairs bedroom with 2 separate beds +1 child bed, hall with 2 beds, TV and WC. A shared washing machine is located in the basement floor, access from outside.
