This mansion is located in the small town of Pozo Lorente, in the heart of La Manchuela. You can go to Chinchilla of Montearagon, a beautiful town with a medieval castle. Visit Alcalá del Júcar for activities on the Júcar river and its artificial beach, gymkhanas, canoeing, rafting, etc. The city of La Mancha is 20 minutes from Albacete with its museums, restaurants, parks, and shops. At 350 m from the house is a public swimming pool. You have to pay extra cost at the entrance to use the swimming pool.
The villa used to be an old mill and has the original features of a Spanish 'palace'. It offers a dining room with a piano, a music room and a library.
The wood for the fireplace is on request and at an additional cost.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in La Casa de Andújar, Het herenhuis zit vol karakter, en ik hield van de piano in de eetkamer, Het is een beetje afgelegen, maar we genoten van de rust en de prachtige uitzichten,
