The 2 storey semi-detached house offers a classic and comfortable style. The common rooms are located on the first floor: the living-dining room, equipped with AC, a ceiling fan and a TV; and the kitchen that offers a ceramic hob and the essential equipment for cooking on vacation. Also on the first floor we have a bedroom with a double bed, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor you have another 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, both with ceiling fans. On this floor there is also another bathroom with a bathtub. The equipment of the house has a cot, a high chair and a stroller for your baby, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located a short walk from the Alcanada beach, a paradisiacal beach of pebbles that stands out for the tranquility of its waters and the shade offered by the pine trees on its shore. The most daring ones can swim to the island. The area is very familiar and quiet, with some good restaurants and a grocery store. You will find more services in Port d'Alcúdia where you really can enjoy the Mallorcan summer atmosphere.
