Description
This authentic holiday home in the French town of Chantenay-Saint-Imbert features a large swimming pool. The accommodation offers 2 comfortable bedrooms and a mezzanine with a double bed and a bed for children. Ideal for sun holidays with the family! Your faithful four-legged friend is also welcome.
Go for a healthy morning walk through the centre of Saint Pierre le Moutier, which can be found 9 km from the holiday home. You can get a breakfast at the supermarket 2 km away and in the evening you can enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in one of the nearby towns. The Magny-Cours Formula 1 circuit can be found 20 km away.
The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own dinner for your party. One of the bathrooms has a washer-dryer and a pleasant cork floor; lovely when you just step out of the shower. In the living room, on the shelf next to the fireplace, you will find many brochures with ideas for excursions. Please use them with care so that other guests can also make use of them. The private pool is open from May to September and is surrounded by 6 aluminium loungers. If you really want to unwind, you can choose to sink into the hammock. The property offers high-speed internet via fibre optic cable. In the living room and in the master bedroom are the two thermostats used to control the heating. The heating is completely electric, and the procedure is explained in the Belvilla folder in the house. Water heating is also controlled electrically. Please use electricity responsibly. You will find all kitchen utensils in the kitchen. Should anything break despite your good care, please let us know so we can arrange for a replacement. Please note the microwave oven can also be used as a conventional oven. On arrival, you will receive 2 kitchen towels and 2 washing-up blocks, a dishcloth and a sponge. May we ask you to unload the dishwasher before your departure and empty the refrigerator completely, turn the switch to 0 and leave the door open?

Charming holiday home with a beautiful garden. It is very quietly situated between the fields, ideal for a relaxing holiday. We were looking for a quiet house so that our dog could join us and in that respect the stay is 100% better than expected. Inside the house is everything you need, although some things are outdated. This of course adds to the charm ;-) In terms of cleanliness, they could have been a little more attentive. There were still dust and cobwebs in almost every corner. The floors, kitchen, bathrooms etc were fortunately very neat. But if you pay € 130 for cleaning costs, it should have been spick and span…
Beautiful and well-kept house with all amenities
Nice house with a nice big pool and a big garden, we and our dog felt very welcome. There were some small problems with the pool, which were immediately solved by the nice gardener
secluded and quiet location, little traffic, large garden with trees, therefore enough shady spots even on sunny days, ideal for dog owners, large, beautifully situated pool
Peaceful, beautiful and rural garden and surroundings with a fantastic pool! The house is tastefully decorated and nice and cool. The downstairs shower is lovely. Everything is there for a carefree and relaxing holiday as we hoped.
Garden lovely, swimming pool too, shower very comfortable. The house is quite dark, but nice and cool and large. Beds are really too bad for a house in this price range.
