In the charming hamlet of Waimes, you will find this 11-bedroom holiday home. Outdoors, you have a private swimming pool and a private fenced courtyard for use. You can bring family and friends, a total of 21 persons, for a get-together or celebration here.
The town center rests at 500 m from the holiday home. There is a lake at 2 km for a pleasant day out. Restaurants and supermarkets are 5 km away. Enjoy the local beers of Bellevaux, Malmedy, or the Super de Fagnes after a brisk walk or cycling trip. When there is snow, the ski and Nordic slopes in Ovifat are opened.
In the private fenced garden, you can gather around a hot barbecue and enjoy barbecuing until the wee hours. The relaxation area with the infrared sauna is great to unwind after a hectic day. Later at night, you can join your mates in the playroom with a bar, billiards, and table football. Parking for 6 cars is available.
Student parties, bachelor parties or other parties are not allowed in this house. It is not allowed to bring a sound system and after 22:00, peace and quiet must be respected in this peaceful environment.

Bathrooms full of mold. Swimming pool seemed okay at first, but we can all go on antibiotics because we have contracted a bacteria. DO NOT BOOK
Potentially fantastic holiday home, BUT many defects (including electricity problems). The manager is easily accessible and tries to extinguish all “fires”, but in the end we remain with the worries…
Nice house, enough space for large groups, unfortunately everything was a bit outdated. Rooms had just been made up, only they could have been cleaned a little better. Also the cost of energy was quite a lot for having stayed there for only 3 days.
The property is not recommended because it is too neglected for the standard offered and absolutely overpriced! First of all: Our travel group has been meeting annually since 2006 in a group house (in recent years usually booked through Belvilla). So I have a rough idea of market prices and what you can expect for your money.The property consists of two houses. On the one hand there is a bungalow part, which houses a pool, whirlpool and sauna, among other things. This building is recent (70's or 80's). The pools work as far as possible. There is also a foosball table, an air hockey table, a pool table and a seating area. The sauna area smells a bit musty. The main building is much older (18th century). This is an old farmhouse that has been converted into a group house. However, this conversion seems very improvised and does not appear to have been carried out professionally. Savings were made at all possible ends. Attention tall people: the height of the doors is around 1.80 m in some cases. I suffered a mild concussion when I hit my head. The sanitary facilities have been cut corners and corners. The dishwasher is long past its prime and only partially washes the dishes. The kitchen is completely without hot running water. Here you have to make do with a kettle. The overall condition of the house is shocking! In some places the PVC floor is sticking out. A clever sealing of the wet rooms is not recognizable. Proper bathrooms are virtually non-existent. Bathroom amateurs have started. Tiles are dirty and have mold. There is an unpleasant smell in most parts of the house. There is black mold on the wooden ceiling in the pool house. There are also no motion detectors in the corridors. This is where you first look for the light switches at night. Unfortunately not clean, poorly maintained, the accommodation has seen better days. The swimming accommodation was the best of all. Contact person speaks only French.
The house is well equipped for large groups. The kitchen has everything, the pool was lovely and the space with fireplace bar and games too. The manager Françoise was good to make arrangements with! She was very correct and kind
