The house is very spacious and uniquely and extensively furnished. It exudes a pleasant atmosphere. The location in relation to Capriolo and the lake is fine. Outside in the garden, just like inside, there is a lot of space. We had a dog with us and that is going great. What is strange is that the windows of residents above the storage shed can see into your garden and patio. We have not been bothered by this, but this might be useful to know in advance. During our stay it was exceptionally warm and the double shutters, if used correctly, are a relief. However, at these temperatures air conditioning in the bedrooms would not be an unnecessary luxury. It is good to know that the house is located next to a very busy road, which is used until late in the evening, at night. In one of the bedrooms, this noise is so intense that you have to sleep with earplugs. In the garden, the road is also clearly audible, but it disturbs less. In the house we have not missed any things. Everything that is used regularly is also very clean, as are the beds and bathrooms. The little-used stuff, light buttons, etc. could use an extra cleaning; they stick. Furthermore, the dishwasher and refrigerator need to be replaced (dishwasher old and no longer cleaned properly so we always washed by hand and the refrigerator lacks the necessary shelves so you have to stack a lot on top of each other). A sunbed would be nice for the garden.
Beautiful spacious house, an attentive and helpful host towards the tenants. A downside: the noise of the busy road that adjoins the house.
The house was very dirty, especially the kitchen (the dishwasher had probably not been cleaned in months) and the furnishings, such as beds, etc., were very old.

Summer 2018On arrival we are kindly and very hospitably received by Lorenzo. He has made us feel right at home. During our stay, he could always call for help and questions. The house is large and beautifully decorated and the garden is spacious and very suitable for children to play. Only minus is the busy road where the house is located.
The reception was fantastic. Lorenzo is very nice and is doing his best to make it your pleasure. He even had a watermelon and self made jam ready. He also had 3 bottles of wine ready for his own vineyard. The house is very fully furnished. There is a children's room with all kinds of toys. The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped. The house is located near the lake of Iseo and there the mountains begin as well. We walked there wonderfully and swam. The island in the Iseo lake is also very worthwhile. In short, we had a wonderful holiday and would like to come back.
