The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, electric kettle, cooker, hood, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, ensuring effortless meal preparation. A thoughtfully designed bedroom with a double bed and TV offers a restful retreat, while the spacious bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer for convenience.
Outside, guests can unwind in the lush surroundings, enjoying garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol for moments of leisure. The shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m), open from May to October, invites visitors to cool off under the Tuscan sun. A range of activities awaits, including play equipment and bicycles available for exploration.

A security deposit of EUR 40,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
