Enjoy a peaceful vacation staying this 4-bedroom villa in Alhaurin de la Torre. Set in a quiet neighbourhood, it accommodates 8 people and is ideal for large families and groups. It has a swimming pool and a sauna for a relaxing holiday. (Heated swimming pool must be requested at least 21 days in advance, additional costs apply).
Alhaurin de la Torre is famous for sweeter flavours, particularly its rice with chestnuts dish. There are also many archaeological sites from the Roman era and extensive green spaces. The town center, restaurants, and supermarkets are at 5 km. For golf lovers, the golf course is 8 km away. Enjoy the seabeach, Torremolinos beach at 15 km.
The villa has floor heating and air-conditioning. You can linger in the sun-loungers by the pool or on the garden furniture at the terrace. In the fenced garden, you can lie down with a book or play ball games with children. A barbecue, lounge set and garage are also at your disposal.
The nearest airport, Aeropuerto de Málaga, is 16 km away.
Check-in between 4 – 7 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM.
Note: The electricity 25 kWh is free per day, and then the guest will have to pay the extra that he uses above the free one(25kwh) 0.50 euro/kwh, for Nov-April months and in the summer 50 kwh is free per day and then have to pay extra 0.50 euro/kwh for what the guest uses extra. Also, the guests need to pay 500 euro to heat the swimming pool.

Très belle villa bien équipé très propre et je l avait louer principalement pour son intimité complète. J'ai loué 1 semaine courte durée pour moi qu'il fallait que je savour chaque instant mais le jardinier et venue 2 jours pendant toute une après midi qui m'a gâcher mon plaisir et mon intimité j'ai signalé ça au propriétaire il me dit que il va voir ca avec le jardiner mais voilà... Le jour de notre départ il me demande à quelle heure je voulais partir ? Moi j'ai pensé que il voulais faire un geste par rapport aux 2 après midi gâché et moi j'ai répondu 16h pour un peu compensé mes après midi gâché.... Et la meilleure il me dit de payé 50euro ou de quitté a 10h du matin hahaha la blague non seulement il me gâche 2 après midi mais il veux encore 50euro. Franchement c'est pas pour l'argent mais vraiment aucune culpabilité ce qui compte çest l'argent et pas le respect... Franchement déçu pour ca
The hygiene in the villa was really true, dramatic! We will inform Belvilla about this. Points: - Long black 'dots' hair everywhere; - Food from previous residents in drawer and bathroom; - Dirty extractor hood, hob, kitchen cabinets and kitchen drawers; - A lot of dust / dirt under the beds; - Artificial nails from previous residents; - Outdoor cushions filthy ;-Tables sticky;-Enormously dusty throughout the house. Because the hygiene in the villa was so minimal, we were forced to eat outside, carry out activities, etc. Unfortunately, the water use in the villa is not optimal. The water pressure is extremely low. For example, if the dishwasher or 1 shower is used, other taps cannot be used. There was also suddenly a gardener on Friday at the door who walked around for 2 hours, during which time we were unable to use the water and the swimming pool for 2 hours. We were not informed in advance that a gardener would come. received the wrong Wi-Fi password several times, very annoying, as we had to work from your villa.
Very quiet neighborhood and cozy house with beautiful view of terrace
Smooth and excellent explanation and payment went smoothly
On arrival we were extensively informed about the possibilities of the house. From the house you have a beautiful view over a valley. The house is spacious and has good beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Swimming pool, sauna, BBQ, wifi and washing machine are available. The location is remote but that is no problem if you have a car. We had a great week at the house.
The house was beautiful and looked larger than in the pictures. At the agreed time the caretaker was waiting at the house. After receiving the keys we recorded the meter reading and we could enjoy the beautiful view.
