The area has interesting museums and art galleries, activity parks for families, beautiful beaches, great gastronomy and of course a rich history. The house is 10 minutes from the cosy Saint-Lo and 30 minutes from the D-Day beaches.
A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere awaits in this fine holiday home, which is part of an 18th-century farmhouse. It is located at the end of a country road and there is ample parking for bikes, motorbikes and cars.

We had a very pleasant stay at La Petite Houssaye. The owners are friendly and helpful, the house is clean and brand new on the inside, the beds are excellent and there is plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play. We brought our bicycles which we could conveniently park in the shed. The lounge with extra bathroom, is only accessible from outside but this was not an issue for us as we spend most of our time in the kitchen/dining room and outdoors. There are cats, dogs, chicken, geese, lots of swallows and horses and the location is remote and quiet but also only 6 minutes away from fresh croissants in the morning.

This cozy spot in Normandy is a whole vibe! Perfect for chill fam hangs or a getaway with friends, The garden is goals for a BBQ night, Plus, it’s close to the D-Day beaches and loads of cute cafes, 10/10 would recommend for a low-key escape!

This place was everything we hoped for and more! A charming 18th-century farmhouse with modern amenities, it provided a relaxing atmosphere, We loved being just a short drive from Saint-Lo, and the nearby golf courses were a bonus, Highly recommend!
Spacious and super comfy! The living room is lit for group hangs and the kitchen has everything needed for late-night snack runs, Free parking is a win, and the nearby parks are perf for some fresh air and a stroll, Definitely coming back!
