From the lovely south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun well into the evening. The flat has a covered, reserved outdoor parking space. The bus stop and grocery shops are a 3–5-minute walk away. The bus journey to the valley station takes only about 5 minutes and is free of charge. This is a non-smoking flat. Pets are not permitted. The indoor swimming pool and sauna will be closed from 9 March to 18 December 2026 due to renovation work.
