Description
This is a magnificent 6-bedroom villa in Coveta Fumá. It offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for big groups and families.
A few minutes drive away is the centre of Coveta Fuma with its many restaurants, beaches, and bars. Alicante is 20 km away.
This villa consists of two parts: a main part with large living room, fully equipped kitchen with four bedrooms each with its own luxury bathroom and a downstairs area accessible via an outside staircase with two bedrooms, a bathroom and small kitchen. Both levels offer a unique view. Around the swimming pool there are several seating areas and sun beds. There's an outdoor kitchen that is fully equipped including a dishwasher and barbecue. You can get a cot on request and get the pool heated for a fee.
Alicante airport is 32 km away.
Swimming pool heating is possible, with an additional payment of € 200 to be indicated at least 7 days prior to your visit. Arrivals or departures of guests on Sundays and before 8 a.m. / after 10 p.m. have a surcharge of € 30 for the Meet & Greet and check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

House was great! The hob inside was broken and squeaked for a week. The handyman couldn't fix this either. Please take into account the electricity costs that are calculated afterwards. This is absurdly high. We also paid 200 euros to heat the pool, but that turned out to only be pre-heating. The other swimming pool costs will be calculated afterwards with the rest. That was quite a shock.
This house has everything you want, its close to Alicante and also close to Benidorm, amazing views!
The house was fantastic and exactly like the description. Unfortunately the pool was not heated as promised. It was a shame for the children who were really happy. Luckily we looked very well after and we got the money back for the preheating.Thanks Cathy. Everything we needed was there. One note: mattresses are no longer as comfortable.
Geweldige locatie, prachtig zwembad en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer, De buitenkeuken is ook fantastisch en alles is aanwezig, van een broodrooster tot een espressomachine
We hadden een geweldige tijd in Belvilla by OYO La Sirena! De villa is ruim en prachtig ontworpen, perfect voor onze familiebijeenkomst, De uitzichten op de Middellandse Zee waren adembenemend, vooral vanaf het terras bij het zwembad, We brachten onze dagen door met loungen in de zon en het verkennen van het nabijgelegen Cala Piteres-strand, dat op slechts een korte loopafstand lag, De buitenkeuken was een fantastische aanvulling voor onze barbecues, Ten zeerste aanbevolen voor grote groepen!
